Preventative Care for Your Comfort System

Phoenix Club maintenance plans are designed to make routine HVAC care easier while giving members added benefits throughout the year.

The Phoenix Club Essentials Plan is recommended for systems under seven years old and includes one maintenance visit per year. The Phoenix Club Enhanced Plan is recommended for systems over seven years old and includes two maintenance visits per year. Both plans include a reduced diagnostic fee, 10% off repairs, and priority booking.

A one-time maintenance inspection is also available for homeowners who aren't ready to join a plan. One-time maintenance is $129, the Essentials Plan is $179 per year, and the Enhanced Plan is $259 per year. Additional systems can be added for $99 each.

Our maintenance visits go well beyond a quick visual inspection. We check system performance, electrical operation, thermostat accuracy, refrigerant pressures, temperature differences, airflow, duct condition, drains, coils, filters, and the other components that affect comfort, efficiency, reliability, and safety. Heating maintenance also includes the appropriate furnace or heat pump checks based on the equipment in the home.

The goal is to catch developing problems early, keep the system operating as efficiently as possible, support warranty requirements, and reduce the chance of an unexpected breakdown during the hottest or coldest part of the year.
